Position Summary We are seeking highly motivated, adaptable, and ambitious individuals who want to start a professional sales career. No prior sales experience is required—only a strong learning attitude and willingness to grow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Attend mandatory in‑person training (3 months):
Theory: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-12:00 PM
Field training: afternoons with a sales coach
Learn to perform in‑home product demonstrations
Generate referrals and manage client pipeline
Build strong customer relationships
Maintain and update leads in the CRM
Work independently after initial training
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
High adaptability, openness to learning, and proactive attitude
Strong communication skills and ambition
People willing to work hard, learn fast, and build a longterm sales career
Individuals motivated by uncapped earnings and growth opportunities
Education & Experience
Ages 18-50
Spanish speaking (required)
Work authorization in the U.S.
Driver’s license (car preferred; company may provide one in select cases)
