Location: Goodyear, AZ; may also require service at Gilbert and Mesa locations.
Key Responsibilities
Educate customers on dog and cat nutrition.
Assist clients in‑store, over the phone, and through online messaging.
Accurately process sales transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
Keep the store clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
Deliver outstanding customer service with every interaction.
Receive and stock inventory in both the store and warehouse areas.
Attend trainings with vendor reps and management to stay current on products.
Requirements & Qualifications
Flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to work at both Gilbert and Mesa locations as needed.
Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
High School Diploma or GED; at least 18 years of age.
Pass background checks following local laws and regulations.
Previous experience in premium pet retail preferred but not required.
