divh2Business Development (Sponsorship Sales)/h2pWe are seeking a Business Development (Sponsorship Sales) professional to drive new corporate partnership revenue across multiple motorsports series and properties. This is a frontline sales role responsible for proactively identifying prospects, developing custom partnership proposals, and managing the full sales cycle through close./ppAligned with the Business Development teams strategic direction, this role plays a key part in building a strong revenue pipeline and securing meaningful brand partnerships./ppThe ideal candidate has proven sponsorship or partnership sales experience, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to communicate the value of motorsports to brand decision-makers./ph3New Business Acquisition/h3ulliProactively identify and prospect new sponsorship leads across assigned categories./liliManage the full sales cycle with support from leadershipprospecting, discovery, proposal development, presentations, negotiation support, and contract handoff./liliBuild customized pitch decks and partnership concepts aligned to brand goals./liliMaintain an accurate CRM pipeline and deliver regular updates on activity and progress./li/ulh3Proposal Pitch Development/h3ulliPartner with Marketing, Creative, and Brand Experience teams to develop compelling proposals./liliSupport creation of sales materials, category strategies, and brand-facing content./liliContribute ideas in brainstorms to develop innovative sponsorship concepts./li/ulh3Relationship Building/h3ulliConduct outreach to brand and agency contacts; secure meetings and build early-stage relationships./liliRepresent the organization at race weekends, industry events, trade shows, and partner engagements./liliGather prospect insights around marketing objectives and KPIs to inform partnership strategy./li/ulh3Cross-Functional Collaboration/h3ulliWork closely with Partnership Services to ensure a seamless handoff of new deals./liliCollaborate with Creative/Graphics to build visual mocks and asset previews./liliShare prospect feedback, category insights, and market trends to support departmental planning./li/ulh3Education Experience/h3ulliBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field preferred./lili510 years of experience in corporate sponsorship or partnership sales within sports, motorsports, entertainment, or related industries./liliProven track record of sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing high-value brand partnerships./liliExperience developing custom partnership proposals, including asset valuation and brand alignment./liliStrong history of building and managing a robust pipeline of national and regional brand prospects./liliFamiliarity with the sports marketing ecosystem, including rights holders, agencies, and activation teams./liliMotorsports experience is a plus but not required with strong transferable sponsorship experience./li/ulh3Skills Competencies/h3ulliStrong prospecting and outbound sales skills./liliExcellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing abilities./liliAbility to articulate sponsorship value and create persuasive pitches./liliSolid understanding of marketing strategy and brand objectives./liliCRM proficiency and strong organizational habits./liliCollaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally./liliCreative thinker with a proactive, self-starting approach./li/ulh3Other Requirements/h3ulliAbility to travel, including weekends for race events./liliHigh energy, professionalism, and a positive, team-oriented attitude./li/ul/div
