Behavioral Health Technicians Valeo Resources is partnered with an East Coast based mental health/SUD organization that is constantly expanding. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Behavioral Health Technicians to join the team in Worcester, MA! In this role, you will be working with adults with co-occurring mental health/SUD to transition back into their communities and families! Position: Behavioral Health Technician Location: Worcester, MA Schedules available:
Tuesday-Sat 8am-4:30pm Thursday-Monday 4pm-12:30am Sunday-Thursday 12am-8:30am
Responsibilities:
Assist with patient treatment plans, monitor and document patient progress. Support group therapy sessions. Ensure a safe environment. Respond to patient needs and crises. Collaborate with healthcare professionals. Deescalation and AMA Blocking
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant education preferred. Experience in behavioral health is a plus. Clean drivers record with no restriction on driving a van Strong interpersonal skills. Flexible availability for all shifts. Commitment to compassionate care
