Job Responsibilities
Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations. Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care. Guide Patients and Families: Educate clients and their loved ones about therapy methods to facilitate continuous improvement at home. Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment as necessary to ensure patients remain on the path to success. Qualifications
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. Pursuit of continuing education or additional certifications is encouraged and supported. Licenses and Certifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in good standing. Successful completion of the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification. Core Competencies
