Schedule 0800-1630, Monday through Friday, with every other weekend required. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated RN Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in an acute care setting and will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage patient care for a diverse population Develop and implement individualized care plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary Educate patients and families on disease management and resources Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureActive RN license in the state of Florida Experience in an acute care setting Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain a positive attitude Strong communication and time management skills Why ARMStaffing?
