As an AAHA-accredited hospital, we practice progressive small animal care with a strong focus on teamwork, transparency, and continued learning. Our technicians are highly valued members of the medical team and work with advanced diagnostics and equipment including cone-beam CT (VetCAT), intradermal allergy testing, video otoscopy, dental radiology, and therapeutic laser. With a strong 1:1 DVM-to-support staff ratio, our team is empowered to practice at the top of their skillset while delivering exceptional patient care. We're seeking a motivated Veterinary Technician Supervisor who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and fostering a positive team culture while maintaining the highest standards of medicine. 3+ years of veterinary clinical experience as a Veterinary Technician Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT, RVT, or LVT) preferred, or eligibility to obtain licensure based on state requirements Eligible for a sign-on bonus if licensed Ability to confidently support and guide technicians while working alongside veterinarians Experience with surgery, anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, and patient care Familiarity with common in-house laboratory equipment and diagnostic testing Strong animal handling and restraint skills Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to assist with scheduling, training, workflow management, and team development Must be able to work a flexible schedule; rotating Saturdays are required What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and support the veterinary technician team Assist with onboarding and training new team members Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture Ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to hospital protocols Partner with hospital leadership to improve efficiency and team performance Maintain clinical excellence while continuing to work hands-on with patients What Makes Us Different
