Three 12-hour shifts are needed to accommodate varied scheduling needs. Job Description The ICU/PCU Registered Nurse plays a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients in an intensive care setting. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring and assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This is a high-performance role, and nurses are expected to meet low, mid, or high performer expectations. ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in the ICU/PCU setting. Monitor vital signs and patient status, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and their families on care procedures and health management. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureRegistered Nurse (RN) license is required. Experience in an ICU/PCU setting is preferred. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
