Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Texas or compact state accepted
Minimum 1 year recent experience in an Emergency Room / Emergency Department setting
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Strong clinical assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to ED patients across acuity levels
Perform rapid assessments, triage, and prioritize care in a fast-paced emergency department
Administer medications and treatments, monitor patient responses, and document care accurately and timely
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up instructions
Maintain situational awareness and contribute to ED safety and quality initiatives
