The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing high-risk respiratory and cardiac patients post-surgery, including those who have undergone hepatobiliary and head/neck surgeries. ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intermediate/Step Down Unit. Monitor and assess patient needs, providing necessary interventions based on their condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families about health management and post-operative care. Schedule This position is for 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureA minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a similar specialty. Active AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Active Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Preferred: National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification. Why ARMStaffing?
