Provide high-quality diagnostic patient care Conduct patient assessments, evaluate symptoms, and develop care plans in collaboration with our team of ENT specialists Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately to define appropriate treatment plans Educate patients and their families about treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative recovery. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations Collaborate with our audiologists and speech pathologists and outside healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance ENT care knowledge and skills. Evaluation and Management of patients Ability to work independently and as a team with patients, staff, and providers.

Qualifications you will need:
Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification in the state of Kansas. New graduates are welcome to apply! Preference for a one-year experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in an ENT clinic or graduate of an ENT program. Strong communication and collaboration skills, patient care abilities, and diagnostic skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Commitment to high-quality patient care
