Company Description Company: Capstone Physical Therapy Location: Bothell, WA Compensation: $25.00-$35.00/hr. Capstone Physical Therapy is a therapist‑owned outpatient practice serving Whatcom and Snohomish Counties. We focus on high‑quality patient care, strong clinical support, and a positive team environment. Job Description We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistan t to join our Bothell clinic. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to provide patient care, guide therapeutic exercises, document progress, and support patients throughout their rehabilitation.
Implement treatment plans as directed by a Physical Therapist
Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
Monitor and document patient progress
Maintain a safe, supportive, and encouraging clinical environment
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high‑quality care
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Washington State PTA license (or license‑eligible)
Outpatient experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and patient‑care skills
