Competitive hourly pay: $19.50 - $23.00/hour Full benefits package for eligible employees Supportive leadership and team-oriented environment Career advancement and growth opportunities Convenient East Boston location (easy public transportation access) Employee recognition and appreciation programs Position Overview As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide essential daily care and support to residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Your role is vital in ensuring a safe and compassionate care environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility Safely transfer, reposition, and assist residents as needed Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff Provide routine hygiene care and ensure resident comfort Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to deliver high-quality care Qualifications
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Massachusetts Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply Schedule & Employment Type
Shifts Available: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
