Join an exciting opportunity with a forward-looking dynamic GI hospital program and a full support staff. Conditions of Employment: • Employee Health requires all employed providers to complete a health screen per HFHS policy. • COVID Vaccination Requirement; a provider must be fully vaccinated (unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption) before their application will be forwarded to a specialist during the credentialing process. • Credentialing process • Must maintain certification status All offers are contingent on credentialing/privileging
