Craft Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess individual patient needs and create customized therapy plans that help them achieve their rehabilitation goals. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and everyday functional activities. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide integrated, holistic care. Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide clear instruction to patients and their families on effective therapy techniques to facilitate ongoing recovery. Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal patient recovery. Education
Must hold a degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. Continuing education or additional certifications will be encouraged and supported. Certifications
Possession of an active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required. NBCOT certification is mandated. Skills
