Schedule 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled. Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients in an acute rehabilitation setting, focusing on conditions such as stroke, traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injuries, and amputations. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and participating in patient assessments and care plans. ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct patient care and administer prescribed medications. Participate in team conferences for care planning and coordination. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Support patients in their rehabilitation goals through effective care practices. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC charting system. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMust possess a valid RN license.
