Personalized Treatment Approaches: Analyze individual patient needs and craft tailored therapy plans aimed at helping them reach personal functional milestones. Implement Therapeutic Practices: Deploy evidence-based strategies to enhance motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily life functions. Collaborate with Multifaceted Teams: Engage with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff for a comprehensive care approach. Empower Patients and Families: Provide education to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques that support their ongoing progress outside the clinical setting. Track and Adjust Progress: Keep meticulous records of clinical outcomes and refine treatment strategies as necessary to ensure patients remain on their path to success. Educational Background
Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy. Continuing education opportunities or advanced certifications are encouraged and financially supported. Licenses and Certifications
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Required Skills
