Requirements:
Outpatient Practice working a 40+ hour work week Monday through Friday.
Average patients per day 15 - 20
4.5-day work week
8:00am 5:00pm M-Th and 8:00 am- 12:00 PM F
Procedures include Diagnosing and treating work-related injuries and illnesses, and managing the return-to-work process.
Mid-level support includes 2 clinic APPs and one worksite APP
EMR is Agility
Candidates need to be either Board Eligible or Board Certified in either Occupational Medicine or Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with minimum 5 years experience in an Occupational Medicine practice setting
Candidates with Fellowship training will be considered
American medical graduates as well as International medical graduates will be considered
