Provide intraoperative assistance, such as preparing operating rooms, ensuring optimal patient positioning, and passing surgical instruments throughout procedures. Deliver outstanding pre-operative and post-operative care, including administering medications, performing wound care, planning discharges, and educating patients. Education Requirements
Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Prior clinical rotations with a surgical emphasis are strongly preferred. Required Certifications
Active and unrestricted PA-C certification. BLS and ACLS certifications required. State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant. Desired Skills
