OBJECTIVE
Assure that the PCLI philosophy of quality and caring treatment of patients and staff is upheld in all daily surgical activities. In a positive and cheerful manner, oversee and evaluate all pre and post-op activities. Work with the team to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the smooth flow of patients throughout admission, anesthesia and discharge phases of each patient's surgical experience. Maintain effective communication within TLC, Surgery, Clinic and other departments of PCLI. REPORTS TO Site Manager and Corporate Surgery Manager STATUS Part-time, On Call (up to 23 hours/week) SCHEDULE Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Depending on work location, employee may be required to report to work between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. on scheduled days. REQUIRED SKILLS
Attention to detail Excellent communication skills-written and verbal Good listening skills Good computer skills - comfortable with Microsoft Office & EHR/EMR products Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Pleasant, caring, cooperative attitude The ability to work with a team and to achieve common goals; delegating to assistants LICENSURE REQUIRED
RN state licensure for the state(s) in which he/she practices ADDITIONAL TRAINING
CPR certification (required) ACLS certification (optional) PHYSICAL ABILITIES
