What you will do: Lead, manage, and hold accountable (LMA) the DLD Sales team Achieve revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Identify emerging markets, industry trends, and competitive shifts Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives Present accurate and timely sales funnel updates to leadership Report sales performance weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually Identify and develop key accounts; participate in account-level sales meetings Increase profit margins while expanding market share Lead weekly sales meetings Assign and balance new accounts across the sales team Collaborate with Sales Representatives on quoting and proposal development Manage sales accounts receivable to meet company goals Partner with operations to ensure delivery efficiency and order accuracy What you will bring: Strong business acumen and industry expertise Proven leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills Deep understanding of profit margins and commodity-based products Knowledge of seasonal business cycles Experience with purchasing Construction and/or home building experience preferred Strong reporting and analytical skills Results-driven mindset Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Exceptional time management and multitasking skills What you will earn: Competitive base salary plus strong performance-based earnings Leadership role with high visibility and impact Opportunity to drive growth in a respected industry company Collaborative team environment Career advancement potential Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability after 30 days PTO (2 weeks per year to start) 401(k) with employer match If you are ready to lead a team, grow market share, and make a measurable impact, apply today and join QXO.
