Plan and administer a prescribed physical therapy treatment program for patients/residents Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides May instruct the clinical portion of training for students participating in PT and PTA programs Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress Requirements:
Education: Certificate in Physical Therapy (PT) Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in long-term care/skilled nursing home settings Certifications: American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) certification What We Offer:
