Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00 hourly
Full‑Time: Monday-Friday
Detailed Responsibilities
Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co‑workers and vendors to ensure satisfaction.
Calls contacts and updates Sales and Marketing database.
Assists in screening calls and scheduling tours of the community.
Assembles and mails brochures and other marketing materials.
Prepares and mails follow‑up thank‑you notes as assigned.
Assists with Dynamics data entry and cleanup.
Assists with follow‑up calls and home visits.
Ensures all sales/marketing material is stocked, ordered and placed in appropriate areas.
Assists in marketing events.
Maintains an up‑to‑date wait list.
Participates in all meetings as requested (e.g., top ten, refurbishment, etc).
May assist with updating marketing and sales reports.
May assist with prospect communications and wait list contacts, sending weekly communications as requested.
Walks through the community, noting cleanliness, and reports all repair and housekeeping needs.
May assist in preparing resident handbooks.
Assists in updating, preparing resident agreements and contracts.
Coordinated move‑in processes interfacing with various departments.
May assist with internal resident moves.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing.
Follows department safety standards, practices body mechanics techniques, and participates in campus‑wide safety programs.
Performs all duties safely and efficiently, wearing PPE/safety equipment as required and reporting any safety hazards and/or accidents to supervisor.
Front Porch is committed to the prevention of accidents by providing equipment with safeguards, personal safety equipment on jobs that require it, and adequate safety instructions to all employees.
All employees are required to follow safe work habits to prevent injuries to themselves, residents, visitors or other employees.
Essential Competencies and Skills
Must articulate and live out a ministry of presence, understanding that this is not an appropriate venue for pushing any particular religious viewpoint or faith tradition.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables where limited standardization exists.
Must be comfortable with religious diversity and able to provide spiritual and pastoral care to residents of all beliefs (or non‑belief).
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Credentials Education: Bachelor's Degree
