Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with OTs, PTs, STs, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic patient care. Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on therapeutic techniques to advance progress in everyday settings. Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Monitor clinical progress and modify treatment protocols as necessary to keep patients aligned with their recovery journey. Education Requirements
A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution is required. Continuing education and post-grad certifications are encouraged and fully supported by our organization. Licensure and Certifications
Current OTR/L license is mandatory. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) credentials are necessary. Desired Skills
