Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, generating sales opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable balancing sales and service responsibilities. --- Key Responsibilities Sales Support & Growth · Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers · Identify sales opportunities and upsell products or services · Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals · Meet or exceed assigned sales targets · Collaborate with outside sales reps and internal teams Customer Service · Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries · Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates · Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner · Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint Order Management · Process orders accurately and efficiently · Coordinate with operations, shipping, and production teams · Track orders and proactively communicate delays or issues Administrative Duties · Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/ERP systems · Generate reports on sales activity and customer trends · Assist with account management and documentation --- Qualifications · 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities · Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills · Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems · Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude --- Preferred Qualifications · Experience in B2B sales or
manufacturing/distribution
