Job Summary SpringHill Suites by Marriott Woodbridge is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Sales Coordinator
to support the hotel’s sales operations. This role will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities and contributing to overall revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team Respond to client inquiries and assist with group bookings and coordination Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports Maintain accurate sales records and documentation Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication for the sales team Monitor booking activity and support revenue goals Ensure all sales systems and tools are updated and functioning effectively Work closely with hotel operations to ensure successful execution of group bookings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred 2–4 years of experience in hospitality, sales support, or administrative role Prior hotel experience preferred (Marriott experience is a plus) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with hotel systems (Delphi, Opera, Marriott systems) is a plus Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Growth opportunities within Marriott and Garnet Hotels Supportive team environment
