Position Overview We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our full-time care team. In this role, you will provide essential hands-on support to residents while collaborating closely with nursing staff to ensure a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment. Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay from $21.50-26.00/hour, depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package, including:

Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Deliver compassionate, resident-focused care that promotes independence and dignity Monitor and record vital signs, weights, and other observations Support meal service and ensure proper hydration Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident spaces Promptly report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Follow infection control and safety protocols Collaborate with the care team on both clinical and non-clinical tasks
Qualifications
Active California CNA certification (required) Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor Ability to thrive in a fast-paced care environment Must pass background check and health screening requirements
