HOURS: 1.0 FTE/80 hours every two weeks, day shift, Monday-Friday As an Occupational Therapist, you will
Evaluate, treat, and develop care plans for patients in accordance with established Occupational Therapy standards.
Deliver personalized, evidence-based care based on each patient’s diagnosis, age, and individual needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support continuity of care.

Interdisciplinary Team-Based Care
Our Inpatient Therapy Team (PT, OT, ST) collaborates daily with hospitalists, nursing staff, and CNAs in Med/Surg and ICU units to ensure quality outcomes and smooth transitions of care.

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapy License
CPR Certification (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
