Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients Manage an average caseload of 14–16 patients per day Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Current CPR/BLS certification Experience providing physical therapy in an outpatient setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience managing high-volume outpatient caseloads Strong documentation and time-management skills
