Supporting the Growth organization, the full-time remote Proposal Solutions Architect will lead the development of innovative and compliant solutions for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and federal healthcare opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams and authoring technical proposal volumes. Key responsibilities:
Lead technical solution development and architecture strategy for VA and federal healthcare opportunities Partner with business development and proposal teams to create winning technical approaches and solutions Author and review technical proposal volumes, ensuring compliance and alignment with solicitation requirements
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline 10+ years of experience in large-scale federal healthcare IT programs and enterprise architecture 7+ years of experience in federal business development and proposal solutioning Demonstrated experience with Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) opportunities and acquisition processes Strong ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear proposal content
