Design end-to-end solution architectures, including data flows, integrations, configuration, and workflows, to show how Enlace's platform fits within a prospect's ecosystem, including claims platforms, data warehouses, and care management tools. Understand and participate in building quantitative business cases and value models, including savings, revenue, and operational impact, that support executive decision-making and align with client financial goals. Own and respond to RFIs and RFPs from a technical and solution perspective, partnering closely with Product, Implementation, and Compliance. Capture prospect requirements and market feedback and translate them into structured input for Product and Engineering roadmaps.
