You'll spend your time in the fieldmeeting with builders, architects, designers, general contractors, and end users to uncover and close new business. You'll be the tip of the spear in a territory ripe with opportunity, backed by a company that values quality work and long-term client relationships. If you're energized by prospecting, comfortable navigating job sites and design studios, and love being out in the community making connectionsthis is your role. Responsibilities
Drive new businessproactively identify and pursue opportunities with builders, contractors, architects, and high net worth homeowners. Engage the marketrepresent the company at job sites, industry events, builder association meetings, and networking opportunities. Relationship buildingestablish strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across the construction and design ecosystem. Consultative sellingguide prospects through the sales process from scoping to proposal, supported by internal proposal writers. Pipeline managementbalance longer-cycle commercial opportunities with quicker residential wins. Territory developmentstrategically grow market presence within your assigned geographic area. Qualifications
35 years of outside sales or territory sales experience (design/construction/technical sales preferred, but not required) Proven track record of self-sourced sales success Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence Comfortable selling to diverse audiencesfrom builders to architects to homeowners Highly self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals Willingness to travel locally and attend events outside traditional office hours when needed Compensation
Base salary: $50,000
$70,000 (based on experience) Commission: uncapped On target earnings: $120,000+ achievable in year one with upside potential Benefits
