Nutrition Service Associate I The Food Service Associate I is responsible for preparing and serving food items to students and/or school personnel in an efficient manner, and maintaining the food service facilities in safe and sanitary condition. The Food Service Associate I is a 10 month position with the option to work during summer school. Benefits

Hours
Monday through Friday
Daily shifts 3-5 hours per day between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm, depending on school assignment
Pay $15.83 - $19.87 per hour (based on relevant work experience) Job Duties
Prepares and serves nutritious and attractive meals to students, staff and guests. Operates a POS system, and processes student meal transactions Adheres to all kitchen sanitation policies and procedures, including washing dishes. Interacts positively with team, staff members, students and guests.
Requirements
Food Handlers certificate required within 30 days of employment. Ability to push/pull, lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Must pass a pre-employment background check
