Position Summary As a Weekend Supervisor (RN), you will oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. You will serve as the on-site leader, supporting staff and maintaining clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support nursing staff (LPNs & CNAs) during weekend shifts Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed Ensure accurate and compliant clinical documentation Maintain adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the care team Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required) Long-term care and rehab experience required Supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Passion for high-quality, compassionate care
