About the Role Hello, Speech Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a K–12 school setting in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you'll play a critical part in student success by conducting evaluations, supporting IEP development, and collaborating with school teams. What You'll Do
Provide school-based SLP services: evaluations, treatment, and consultation Conduct standardized assessments and write evaluation reports Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Support students' communication skills development Partner with teachers, SPED staff, and families to promote carryover Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records Adapt materials and environments to improve student access
What We're Looking For
Active (or eligible) Tennessee SLP license Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Strong communication and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, not required
