We are looking for a Telecom project manager/business analyst who is able to translate complex technical specifications into concrete requirements. You know how to engage a team, set clear standards, remove barriers, and problem solve. Mostly you are committed to helping everyone on your team do their best work and successfully deliver projects.
Responsibilities:
Ability to guide the product from concept to implementation in fast paced Agile Environment Project Planning and Coordination - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones. Use AI tools for reducing outer loop processes Coordinating and scheduling cross-functional teams, including software developers, network engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and to align project requirements with business goals and objectives. Ability to understand business requirements and translate to technical concepts and requirements Experience in project sizing, tracking budget and resource allocation Facilitating project kick-off meetings, progress updates, and reviews to ensure alignment and effective communication among all team members. Maintains excellent communication with functional team members and direct management to ensure early identification of issues and a timely reporting of status. Hands on Expert level proficiency experience in creating and engaging impactful presentations using Google Slides for C-level executives and stakeholders. Identifies, monitors, reports and escalates project-related issues to achieve timely resolution and manage competing priorities. Ability to be flexible and adaptable to handle multiple projects and strict deadlines in a rapidly paced environment.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
Exposure to AI tools Proficiency in Agile, JIRA, Confluence Proficiency in Google Docs, Slides, Forms, Sheets
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in computer science or similar. 10+ years of Technology Experience preferably in Telecommunications Preferable Agile Certification; AI adoption with project management/Requirements
