365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist for a permanent full-time opportunity in Albany, New York.

Join a high-volume cardiac program within a well-established, physician-led anesthesia group supporting a growing team of cardiac surgeons. This role offers strong compensation, a defined call structure, and the opportunity to practice in one of the region s most advanced cardiovascular centers.

• Compensation: $650,000+ total package
• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
• Schedule: Variable 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
• Call: 1:5 rotation (first call every 8th night, no second call)
• Practice Type: High-volume inpatient cardiac center
• Employment: Full-time, permanent

• High-volume cardiac and vascular anesthesia program
• 30 operating rooms
• 6 8 cardiac cases per day
• Advanced hybrid OR and state-of-the-art cardiac facilities
• No OB or trauma cases required
• No CRNA supervision required
• Epic EMR
• Established private anesthesia group with 40+ year history

This is a focused cardiac role within a well-supported, efficient surgical environment.

• Provide anesthesia care for complex cardiac surgical procedures , including:
  • CABG
  • Valve replacements
  • Advanced cardiac and vascular interventions
• Perform pre-operative assessments and post-operative care
• Interpret intraoperative monitoring and imaging
• Collaborate with cardiac surgeons and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in continuous improvement of cardiac anesthesia protocols

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Cardiac Fellowship trained OR ECHO Board Certified (required)
• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (by start date)
• Clean malpractice and license history
