Collaborate closely with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to develop integrated care pathways. Facilitate education for patients and families to ensure continued progress outside clinical settings. Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring seamless continuity in patient care. Keep accurate and timely documentation that complies with legal and organizational directives. Remain engaged with advancements in the field by pursuing professional development and collaborative learning with colleagues. Education
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), if ASHA certification is pending. Certifications
State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Skills
