Project Manager IV Pay range: 110 – 118/hr Duration: 14 months Location: Mountain View, CA Hybrid Project Manager IV – Design & Construction Project Lead (Hybrid | Mountain View, CA) Job summary: A leading global technology company is seeking an experienced Design & Construction Project Lead to support the evolution of modern workplace environments. This role will drive end-to-end delivery of workplace projects—partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with an excellent employee experience. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end delivery of workplace projects (office refreshes, renovations, build-outs), from concept through closeout Coordinate project activities to keep scope, schedule, and budget on track; run meetings, track progress, and manage documentation Lead vendor selection and onboarding (architects, contractors, consultants, specialty vendors) Drive design and construction decisions with cost/benefit analysis and stakeholder alignment Ensure adherence to project governance and delivery processes (check-ins, approvals, reporting) Manage budgets, estimates, forecasts, schedules, procurement lead times, and status reporting Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Comms, Real Estate, Space Planning/Occupancy, Technology, Security, and Site Ops Apply industry best practices and leverage tools (including AI-enabled workflows) to improve delivery efficiency. Required Qualifications 10+ years
progressive experience in
design, construction, and/or project management
(interior improvements + major capital projects) Experience working with
user groups, stakeholders, jurisdictions, and city planning Proven ability to lead multiple project teams and manage capital projects end-to-end Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Comfortable with productivity tools (MS Suite / G Suite) and learning new systems Preferred Qualifications / Nice to Have Degree in
Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil/Architectural Engineering
(preferred) Corporate technology office/campus experience Tools:
Smartsheet, Bluebeam, Procore/EBuilder
