Join Kitchen Guard of DMV as a B2B Sales Representative and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch kitchen safety solutions. In this exciting role, you will engage with businesses to promote our innovative services, helping them maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients in the food service industry. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and cold calling. Present and demonstrate Kitchen Guard services to prospective clients effectively. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new sales strategies. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to communicate progress and challenges to management. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the kitchen or food service industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings. Ability to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops. Physically fit, capable of lifting 40+ pounds and using A-frame ladders.
