LPN Long Term Care

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks a compassionate LPN for our Long Term Care team. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll deliver high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric residents, administering medications, treatments, and wound care while closely monitoring and documenting changes in condition. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary, mission-driven team to create holistic care plans that honor each person’s dignity and support whole-person wellbeing.
