Pathways Internship positions provide for development and training. Assignments become more responsible as incumbent increases knowledge and skills through work experience and academic training. At the full-performance level, you will be expected to: Apply available technologies and basic management principles to adapt computer methods to a variety of subject matter situations in a highly technical communications environment. Perform analytical work related to integrated systems, computer programs, and/or equipment. Assist senior staff members in the collection and analysis of data, performing a variety of duties with an increasing degree of difficulty and responsibility. Participate in a variety of projects utilizing basic computer skills to provide assistance in evaluating requirements and procedures and assist with the preparation of technical and administrative reports.
