Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the telecom sector, particularly focusing on service assurance and customer service quality. Data Analysis: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to interpret sales data, customer insights, and service performance metrics, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Promotional Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and evaluate promotional campaigns related to service assurance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences. Sales Performance Evaluation: Analyze sales metrics and service assurance indicators to assess performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making, particularly in the context of service quality enhancements. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketing, sales, and service assurance teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies and initiatives. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation, highlighting key insights, progress updates, and strategic recommendations related to service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 10-13 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the telecom industry, with a strong emphasis on marketing, promotions, sales, and service assurance. Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and CRM systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets related to service performance. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in stakeholder management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills: Knowledge of telecom products and services, market dynamics, customer segmentation, and service assurance metrics. Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks and standards such as eTOM (enhanced Telecom Operations Map) and SID (Shared Information/Data Model) for improving operational efficiency and customer service quality. Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools.
