Interventional Radiology Nurse (IR RN) This is a 13-week contract position. AM shift: 4 × 10 hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours. We are seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior ICU experience along with specific expertise in interventional radiology procedures. The role involves providing care to patients undergoing various interventions and ensuring their safety and comfort during procedures. Responsibilities:
Administer conscious sedation and manage patient recovery post-procedure. Perform ultrasound-guided procedures and assist in angioplasty. Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Monitor patient vitals and respond to complications as needed.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
1 year of prior or concurrent ICU experience. 1 year of Interventional Radiology (IR) experience. Current state RN licensure.
