Your Purpose As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our Resource Team, you'll play a vital role in our residents' lives—providing care that honors their dignity and independence. What You'll Do
Support residents with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals Pass medications (med pass experience preferred) Assist with mobility and transfers using lifts, wheelchairs, and other equipment Perform restorative and rehabilitative exercises Accurately document care in our Care Tracker system Respond promptly to resident needs and report changes in condition Support admissions, discharges, and end-of-life care with empathy and professionalism
What You'll Need
A current, active CNA certification in the State of Michigan for 1 year At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting Med pass experience preferred Willingness to travel within our Southeast Michigan communities
