Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of nursing staff Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures Perform 1:1 observation for patients who are agitated, confused, combative, or on suicidal precautions Monitor and report changes in patient behavior or condition Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Document care activities accurately and promptly Float to different inpatient units every shift, even multiple times in a 8- or 12-hour shift

Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred: CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant
Other Requirements: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
