Our Donation Station Attendants exceed donor expectations by providing exceptional service. In this position, you will play a key role in representing the charity, ensuring every donor has positive experience. **Hours: Saturday & Sunday 9- 5:30 ** ** ** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ** ** **
Greet donors; deliver courteous and respectful service Assist with receiving and recording donations Safeguard donations until collected Maintain a clean and organized donation site Confirm that trailer has appropriate supplies Place any flags, banners, balloons or signage in visible, attractive manner Become knowledgeable of charity's purpose

Demonstrated customer service skills Planning and organizational skills Ability to stand 6-8 hours per day, bending frequently Able to lift up to 35 pounds regularly Good communication skills, oral and written Ability to work independently or as part of a team Able to establish relationships with peers, internal and external customers Must be at least 18 years old Willing to submit to a background and drug screening
** Education, Experience, Training Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; or a combination of education and experience that yields the required knowledge, skills and abilities. High level of diplomacy and interpersonal skills.
