Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000, depending on experience Signing Bonus: Up to $30,000 Opportunity for production-based bonuses Relocation assistance Medical, dental, vision insurance PTO + paid holidays CE allowance, licensing, and dues covered Mentorship and ongoing training
About Our Hospital
AAHA-accredited (only one within a 90-mile radius) 5,000 sq. ft. hospital with room to practice comfortably 4 exam rooms + dedicated compassion room Double surgery suite + full in-house lab Digital radiology (including dental) Ultrasound, laser therapy, cautery No boarding or grooming Strong support team with a 2:1 tech-to-doctor ratio (3:1 when solo)

What We’re Looking For
DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution Licensed (or able to become licensed) in Arizona Comfortable with general medicine; interest in urgent care is a plus Confidence in dentistry, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine (or a desire to grow) Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.
