This position is located in Torrance (90803, 90501), Gardena (90247) and Carson, Compton (90248) areas.
Benefits
Competitive Compensation – hourly position at $22.68 per hour, with targeted first‑year annual compensation of $55,700.00 and an average 45‑hour work week.

Responsibilities
Learn and deliver Enterprise’s business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert behind the scenes.
Master knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
Exhibit excellent customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations skills.
Build community relationships essential to building your own business.
Adhere to a culture of friendly competition critical to growing the business and your success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
Authorized to work in the United States; no work authorization sponsorship required.
Valid unrestricted driver’s license required.
