Home Care Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Workers. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to clients in Brighton, MI, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with light housekeeping and errands as needed
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to supervisors
• Follow care plans and safety protocols at all times

• Prior home care or caregiving experience is an asset, but NOT required
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Brighton, MI is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to pass background checks
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward clients is a MUST

• Competitive pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour, paid twice per month
